Pete Mulcahy

Pete is a well-respected General Counsel and Legal Manager possessing more than 20 years of in-house and law firm experience. He provides trusted legal and professional advice, overseeing Recovery Law Group’s bankruptcy legal operations, litigation development and strategies, corporate compliance, consumer protection division and governmental regulatory relations. With extensive experience from both the creditors’ and consumers’ perspectives, Pete has deep expert working knowledge of the Federal Bankruptcy Code and is highly adept at the nuances of complex Chapter 7, 11, 12 and 13 cases. He has frequently served as a panel member for numerous bankruptcy CLE forums and even taught classes on federal consumer protection statutes to various industry professionals. Pete attended law school, after being awarded a full scholarship, at California Western School of Law in San Diego and graduated cum laude from the State University of New York at Buffalo. Among his greatest strengths are his dynamic interpersonal communication skills and strong business instincts. Originally from Long Island, NY, Pete has made Yardley, Pennsylvania his home.
