Marque Carey

Marque Carey is an attorney with over 13 years of experience in bankruptcy law. His practice focus is on consumer and business bankruptcy, including Chapter 7, 11 and 13. Marque has handled hundreds of cases as both a Trustee and Debtors counsel. In 2011 Marque was appointed as a Chapter 7 Trustee in the Western District of Kentucky and served as the Chapter 7 trustee for 5 years until 2016.

In addition to his extensive experience as a Trustee, Marque has 13 years’ experience as a bankruptcy attorney. As a debtor’s attorney he has experienced a multitude of scenarios and has the skillset to address those confidently.
