Attorney Lesley Hoenig is an experienced Consumer Bankruptcy Attorney. She received her Juris Doctor from Northern Illinois University College of Law in 2002 and was admitted to practice in the State of Illinois in November 2002. She is also admitted to the State of Minnesota and the State of Michigan. Throughout her career, she has represented consumers in bankruptcy, defended collection lawsuits, landlord/tenant matters, as well as foreclosure matters. She also has experience representing creditors making her better equipped a predicting the likely actions creditors will take and how to proactively address those issue.

She currently practices out of Mount Pleasant, Michigan focusing her practice on Bankruptcy, Real Property, Land Use, and related matters. She serves as Chair of the City of Mount Pleasant Planning Commission. She is also a member of the National Association for Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys (NACBA).
