These are the following \u2013 parking tickets; red light tickets; standing compliance; automated speed enforcement (cameras); and, automated traffic law enforcement (cameras).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Parking tickets-\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">All tickets which are\u00a0older than 3 years\u00a0from the date of filing can be waived off under <a href=\"https:\/\/recoverylawgroup.com\/staging_D\/chapter-7-bankruptcy\/\">chapter 7 bankruptcy<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">If the tickets are\u00a0lesser than 3 years, you will have to pay the original amount. Normally if the ticket is $50 then after the deadline it doubles into $100. So if you are <a href=\"https:\/\/recoverylawgroup.com\/staging_D\/chapter-7-bankruptcy\/\">filing for Chapter 7 bankruptcy<\/a>, it goes back to $50. You need to pay this amount in 6 months to 5years. After paying all the installments, the tickets will be discharged.
