John W. Foote is of counsel for McCarthy Law PLC in Covington, Kentucky, Kenton County.<\/p>\n

He is a lifelong resident of Kentucky having been raised in Ft. Wright, KY, a suburb of Covington.<\/p>\n

He attended St Agnes Grade School and Covington Catholic High School before graduating from the University of Kentucky.<\/p>\n

John Foote attended Drake University Law School in Des Moines Iowa and then University of Arkansas in Fayetteville Arkansas where he earned his JD.<\/p>\n

He was admitted to practice law on September 30, 1981 in the Commonwealth of Kentucky.<\/p>\n

John Foote is PACER certified and is licensed in both the Western District of Kentucky and Eastern District of Kentucky, US Federal District Courts.<\/p>\n

Mr. Foote\u2019 s principal areas of law are bankruptcy, debt resolution, creditor\/debtor relations, mortgage foreclosure defense and family law.<\/p>\n

The most stressful event leading to dissolution of marriage is debt and finances.<\/p>\n

This can engender other problems, lack of communication, excessive drinking and self destruction.<\/p>\n

By being able to resolve clients’ debt problems and put them on a budget the financial stress on the marriage can be alleviated.<\/p>\n
