Brian Salwowski

Brian is an honors graduate from Franklin College where he obtained a Bachelor’s of Arts Degree before attending the McKinney School of Law. While at McKinney School of Law, Brian served as an Associate Editor of the Indiana Law Review, was selected to the Law School’s Order of Barristers, and participated on the National Moot Court Team.

Prior to joining The Recovery Law Group, Brian served as Section Chief of the Bankruptcy and Collections Section of the Office of the Indiana Attorney General. Brian has extensive litigation experience having tried numerous court and jury trials in both civil and criminal matters. In addition to his trial litigation experience, Brian also has extensive appellate experience in which he has prepared and argued appellate briefs before both the Indiana Court of Appeals and Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
